Article written by Valeria Lasso.

We’re starting the seventh month of 2018 and holy crap, where the heck did time go? I hope you weren’t one of those people that let their year just go by without doing much. But, if you were, don’t you worry about it, you still have six more months to get out there and make the most of it. Plus, you’ve also got me to tell you about the events happening this month.

Might I remind you that these are art-related events. Yup, there’s way more events to choose from, just go on Facebook and have a scroll through the upcoming events.

During this two-hour workshop, you will relax and allow your creativity to flow like the ink you’ll be using. Alcohol inks are very pigmented and they blend and flow together to create beautiful and unpredictable silky effects that you can’t achieve with any other medium.

You will be shown how to use these inks to achieve various effects and how to choose the right colours. But most importantly, you will be able to let loose and immerse yourself in your creative process.

All you have to worry about is bringing your imagination, everything else will be provided to you. By the end of the event, you will have one A3 and three A5 artworks on yupo paper, ready to be framed.

Trust me, you do not want to miss out on this fun experience. I have a feeling it’s going to be fascinating.
